Sleep Number

Bethany greeted me immediately and was very helpful and knowledgeable. She was also very responsive to what I needed. I will was able to complete the purchase and schedule my delivery date in another state right there. Will definitely go back when I want another sleep number. Couldn't have been ɓetter!

Absolute worst company of all time anybody that buys a bed from these people will regret it. Their delivery team cannot coordinate times effectively I bought a bed in November we realized the first few hours we hated it. It was a cheap quality air mattress. They mark these bed is some great thing but they are not. They are junk and they feel like you’re laying on a cheap Walmart air mattress. But they still made us wait 30 days to start the return process after that 30 days here we are the end of December and they’re still not going to pick the bed up until the end of January to get my money back three months this process has taken. Would anybody want to buy from a company like this? I don’t think so and I will comment on every post. I see to inform everybody that sleep number is trash. Just look at the reviews. Look at the comments. Nobody even likes them so read this stuff before you think about buying from sleepnumber I wish I would’ve read comments and reviews before buying.

I worked with Bethany and she was fantastic to deal with. Walked me through everything and didn’t push anything on me to buy one way or the other and was just looking to provide me with more comfort and less pain problems. Outstanding to work with and got exactly what I needed after a few hrs. Thank you so much for everything!
