Mattress Warehouse of Apex - West William Street

My wife and I had a truly fantastic experience at Mattress Warehouse in Apex. Highly recommend Kyler Parrish if you are in need of a new mattress and don't want to be pressured. Kyler was a true professional when it came to his knowledge about the products and true gentleman in regards to helping us figure out what was best for us. Also want to say, another salesperson named Serge also had a wealth of knowledge and was very pleasant to work with. All the comments stating how awesome Kyler is and how well he treats everyone is truly spot on. Cannot say enough how well we were treated as customers and humans. Thank you Kyler!! :)

I had a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Trevor. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to walk me through all my options without any pressure. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect fit. I ended up purchasing a split king bed, and Trevor made the whole process smooth and easy from start to finish. His expertise made a big difference, and I felt confident in my decision. Highly recommend working with Trevor if you’re in the market for a new mattress!

Best mattress purchase experience! Serge was so kind and patient with me. With so many options, it was daunting to make a selection. Serge did a fantastic job explaining the pros and cons and helped me find the best mattress that matched my preference. He is a delightful person to work with. Very happy with my purchase.

Kyler was a pleasure to work with. He is highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely focused on helping his customers make the right choice. He took the time to walk us through different mattress options clearly and patiently, without any pressure, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out was his honesty and expertise — you can tell he truly understands his products and cares about matching customers with what fits their needs best. On top of that, he went above and beyond to secure us an excellent discount, ensuring we received great value. Outstanding customer service from start to finish. I would highly recommend Kyler to anyone looking for a quality mattress and a trustworthy, knowledgeable advisor.
