We were nearby doing a Costco run and decided to pop into this mattress store to look for our new home since our closing date is right around the corner. Faith was our sleep expert and she was super knowledgeable! She recommended the Tempur-Pedic hybrid and paired it with the low-profile cooling pillows. Definitely worth every penny. We just completed the setup for the master bedroom and it's amazing. We will absolutely be continuing to work with Faith to fill out the rest of the rooms in our new house!
View on GoogleThis was our second visit to Mattress Firm. The first time we went to Beaver Creek in Apex. In both stores we dealt with Trevor. He showed tremendous patience with us, answering our endless questions. He listened carefully to our concerns and needs and showed us appropriate options. He explained the pros and cons to us. Between our visits I texted and emailed him with yet more questions. His response was quick every time. Both stores were clean and inviting. This was a great mattress shopping experience all the way around.
View on GoogleWe popped in on a whim on our way to the peach cobbler factory. Faith was so patient with us as my sister was undecided on the feel of mattress she wanted. While there I told her about a pillow I bought a while back and how amazing it was, but couldn't remember where I purchased it. I just knew I got it when I bought my mattress. She took the time to see if I was in the system, and found that it was from a mattress firm in Louisiana. The pillow was discontinued but she took them time to help me find the perfect equivalent. She even researched the hight of the previous pillow and measured the options in store with a measuring tape! I live in Carrboro, but when I'm ready to update my mattress I will drive back to this location! Thanks again Faith, and my pillow arrived today! 😊
View on GoogleI was helped by Faith today and had a great experience shopping for a new mattress. This was my first time mattress shopping. Faith was super helpful in picking out a bunch for me to try and explaining the differences in them. I was very appreciative of her patience and knowledge in helping me pick out the best one for me! I would certainly recommend checking out this location if you are interested in a new mattress!
View on GoogleSales associate did not include the free adjustable frame on the order paperwork. We received delivery of the mattress only. When we asked the delivery team about the frame they gave us the impression some other group would be delivering it. It never turned up. Long story short we are sleeping on the floor now for what will be a week. No one in this scenario was proactive in addressing the issue. After a called I was told it would be delivered today and I had to call several times to learn it isn’t scheduled. Now coming Thursday.
