Mattress Warehouse of Bridgeville

I am only giving a 1 star because 0 was not an option. We purchased a Helix luxe mattress with the promise of a 120 day sleep exchange. The only thing was we needed to purchase a mattress protector. My wife is allergic to polyester so we were told we would be able to purchase an all organic all natural mattress protector and still be fine. So long as it was protected. Now that guy does not work there anymore and the store is saying without us buying one off of them. There can be no exchange. This is the second mattress we have purchased and it will be the last. We now have a $2700 dollar mattress we can’t use. It hurts my back more than the one I threw out. If they would have said to buy this $97 dollar protector to keep the sleep exchange I would have done it. Especially when spending that much money. I have a call in with customer care. If they can fix this we will update the rating. AS FOR RIGHT NOW. BUYER BEWARE. DONT TRUST THIS OUTFIT. THEY WILL TELL YOU ANYTHING TO GET THE SALE AND HAVE NO PROBLEM TELLING YOU YOUR SCREWED. Also. Don’t wait the full 120 to exchange like they suggest. If not buying a mattress protector from them voids the sleep exchange they should be very clear to the customers with that. Have me sign something. Seems like a no brainer to me that anyone would buy that if they knew they had to. We added photos of our protected mattress.

We bought a mattress and adjustable frame here today and had a great experience. When we entered the store, they placed us on a simulator that applies pressure on a bed and tells you what beds work best. Jevon (salesman) walked us through the beds that the simulator recommended. We eventually landed on the bed we loved. Jevon did a great job explaining the pros and cons of each, and wasn’t too pushy. I highly recommend coming here for your mattress needs.

I could not find the Helix anywhere in Pittsburgh but I finally found it in Mattress Warehouse of Bridgeville! The cooling is better than advertised and the support is amazing!!! This bed gives more than enough cushion for side sleepers like me. If you are looking for one you HAVE to go see Coach!!!!
