Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Very respectful and professional. It wasn’t just about the sale I noticed. They took their time and let us find what we wanted and didn’t pressure us, did multiple estimates to pinpoint our budget. Highly recommend Jason at the south hills location!

10/10 would recommend my experience. My fiancé and I walked in and was met with Troy right away and from there he helped us with any questions we had and was very nice and helpful. The managers were helpful, the music is on point and it’s very clean and cozy inside. We walked away with what we wanted and was very happy.

When I entered the store, I was immediately greeted by Brennan who was very friendly and extremely helpful. Unfortunately, I didn’t want to make any decisions without my husband and had to go back. Brennan was not working the day we returned but we had the pleasure of working with Troy. When I mentioned that Brennan was my original contact and spent time helping me, Troy advised us that Brennan would also get credit for our purchases along side him which was an honorable thing. Both Brennan and Troy were great to work with and we plan on going back for additional purchases.

Ourselves person was very attentive he was very kind he was very thorough he showed a lot of willingness to work with us we were just so thrilled to have a good customer salesperson. We actually closed the store!!! Lol. Last customers of the day. But we were never made to feel rushed. I had a real good time I highly recommend you go to Bob's located in Bethel Park

We’ve been to Bob’s multiple times now and find the experience more comfortable than other furniture stores. The sales people as well as the managers don’t follow you around, they allow you to look around with no pressure but are always nearby to answer questions. Their prices and quality are rarely topped. I’m sure we’ll be back next time we need any furniture. The photo is our sectional couch we got last trip to Bobs (140# dog was not included).
