Mattress Warehouse of Butler

I had the best experience shopping at mattress warehouse. Karen was so very helpful, friendly, personable, was not pushy, and stayed within my price point; very knowledgeable about the products. She explained the difference in mattresses which helped me decide on the one that I purchased. she told me I could have my mattress the next day; how many other stores deliver next day; other businesses should come into this store and take a lesson on awesome customer service and delivery. The delivery men came the next day. they were personable and it did not take long for them to remove old mattress and set up new mattress. I had best night sleep ever; the nagging backache I had is now gone due to the great support of this mattress. yes I paid for the delivery and removable and it was worth every cent I spent. There are not enough words in the English language to describe my over all super awesome experience at this store in butler, pa. If you need a new mattress consider going to this Mattress Warehouse first. you will not be disappointed and I think they do price matching. Now days there is no customer service and you cannot find an associate to help you, let alone they do not know their product; you will only find super awesome customer service and delivery. Finally folks that listen to what you are looking for, staying in your price point, and giving next day delivery service is the greatest. Karen is an asset to the Mattress Warehouse.

After shopping countless other mattress stores I made the decision to make one more stop at Mattress Warehouse and I was glad I did. Karen quickly became the North Star I was looking for. I felt right at home asking tough questions and getting the answers I needed. It was a pleasure working with Karen to finally find the mattress that was perfect for us.

Karen saleswoman/ manager was amazing. She gave great prices- was pushy-and made us feel so comfortable. The process working with her was such a great experience. I highly recommend purchase your mattress with her. We bought a king Casper and a twin tempur pedic mattresses.

Had an amazing experience! The manager karen was very welcoming and made the process very easy and stress free. Me and my boyfriend were looking for a soft mattress, and she was very friendly and helped us find the perfect one!

Stopped in to buy a mattress and it was a great experience. Karen and Jakob were amazing they showed us mattresses in our price range and helped us pick the one that was perfect for us. The whole process was quick and painless. We went in not knowing too much about what we wanted but they explained everything in detail and even helped us make the right decision. Anyone who needs a new mattress I would definitely recommend stopping in. We took advantage of a buy one get one deal and walked away saving $1,500. Thanks again Karen and Jakob we can't wait to try our new mattresses.
