Mattress Firm Butler

Jason helped us pick out a new DreamCloud mattress and he was very helpful and knowledgeable! He was very kind and friendly. We enjoyed our shopping experience because he helped us pick out a mattress without being pushy and was very personable!

There was only 1 person serving customers. I came in the Butler store around 5:15pm; the sales person was waiting on a young couple when I arrived. The sales person acknowledged me (and later another lady who came in) but other gave his undivided attention to the first customer, which I highly respect. When they were done (and they took a very long time), he immediately turned his attention to me, apologized for the length of my wait, and took care of me expeditiously. I had done my homework and knew exactly what I wanted, so we completed the transaction smoothly. The salesman was friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, cheerful— in short, very impressive! Thank you! Incidentally, we have previously purchased products from Mattress Firm and would do so again. — Tim McGuire

I usually shy away from shopping for mattresses because I get so overwhelmed. I could not put it off any longer. That experience changed when we stopped at Mattress Firm Store in Butler on Sunday, January 8th. Our salesman "Jason" was very nice and helpful. He listened to what I was looking for then he started showing me the different styles. He was polite , knowledgeable, patient and very thorough in explaining what my opinions were. I had a great shopping experience. He found me the perfect mattress in my price range. It is to be delivered on the 22nd and I am so excited. When we were leaving we wanted to thank him again. We were shocked to find out that he has only been working there for 4 weeks, we thought for sure he had worked there for years. Jason is a wonderful young man and he made my mattress shopping experience a breeze!! From a very satisfied customer, Christine Nichter

Jason was great to deal with. He is professional and very very knowledgeable about his product line. And he was respectful regarding my budget and offered me feasible options. Will definitely buy my next mattress from him. It was a good experience.

Jason was a wonderful Salesman! Very knowledgeable. We planned to go to other mattress stores to look around but found no need to. He helped us figure out what we needed. Very excited for our new bed to be delivered.
