I recently visited Mattress Warehouse and had the pleasure of working with Eric, and I couldn’t be more impressed with his level of service. From the moment I walked in, Eric greeted me with a friendly smile and took the time to really understand what I was looking for in a mattress. He patiently walked me through various options, explaining the differences between each type without any pressure to make a quick decision. What stood out the most was his deep knowledge of the products. He helped me understand the pros and cons of each mattress based on my sleep preferences and budget, and even suggested some great accessories to improve comfort. He was professional, yet personable, which made the whole process enjoyable. I also appreciated how Eric kept my best interests in mind throughout the entire experience. He didn’t rush me, and he was genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect mattress for my needs. Thanks to him, I ended up choosing the perfect bed, and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. If you’re looking for excellent customer service, great recommendations, and a no-pressure shopping experience, I highly recommend going to Mattress Warehouse and asking for Eric. You won’t be disappointed!

I recently purchased a queen size mattress from the manager Eric Barr. He was very knowledgeable and was able to help me find a comfortable mattress in my price range. I was able to have it delivered within a couple days and the delivery was an hour earlier than anticipated. Overall a good experience.

Eric was really great to work with. He listened to the feedback my wife and I gave him when trying to find the right mattress. We were able to find exactly what we wanted and work through all the paperwork quickly.
