Lauren was quick, efficient, and awesome. She helped us test out mattresses, patient with our questions, and look at selections within our budget. We decided we valued something slightly above budget so then she limited the showings to things that gave us extra value while keeping us close to our initial out the door price. Very happy with the selection and the service. Thank you!

Kevin was a great help today, especially with the flexibility of the offer. He was able to accommodate my requests while also providing a package that included more than just a price match from the other locations we visited. Very happy we decided to close our search at this location!

We were fortunate to have met Lauren who assisted us in finding the right mattress for our tired backs. Quite honestly, I was dreading the process, but Lauren made the experience pleasant! She answered our questions clearly and is very knowledgeable and personable. We hope to meet with Lauren again, when it’s time to purchase one more mattress this year. Lauren is a phenomenal professional who delivers the best customer service.

First,I started out my Saturday morning traveling to Columbia to Ashley’s Furnishings looking to purchase a mattress. I found the mattress I wanted. Then here comes the purchase of the mattress.For those who are looking to finance, which was what I started to do. After discovering how WACKED THERE FINANCE PROCESS WAS, I just said FORGET IT!! They want you to be able to pay it off in 3 damn months, without missing a payment. You either pay on it every 2 weeks or once a month.either way, too much money. So, I left the store with NO MATTRESS.As I started walking, I saw MATTRESS WAREHOUSE, like a couple of doors down. I went inside. This lady name LAUREN, asked how can she help. I told her about my experience next door. So. LAUREN walked me around the store, showing me some mattresses. Lauren even made me feel so comfortable. She was funny, nice AND a GREAT SALESPERSON!! LOL!! LAUREN even grabbed a pillow, and let me lay on the mattress, to get the feel of the mattress.LAUREN was very, very patient with me. A SWEET PERSON.She pretty much pick the BEST mattress for me. And I agreed. I did get it financed. OMG!!MATTRESS WAREHOUSE FINANCE PROGRAM/ process IS THE BEST!! all that I brought, got a GREAT PRICE. AND the financing was EXCELLENT! Longer than some 3 months from Ashley’s. With Mattress Warehouse NO interest at 36 MONTHS.!!! GREAT FINANCE Plan!! AND I’ll have time to pay it off early. LOTS OF BRAND NAME MATTRESSES! Well, I was disappointed with Ashley’s when I left there. BUT HAPPY WHEN I LEFT MATTRESS WAREHOUSE!! THANK YOU MS. LAUREN!!! Your customer service was GREAT! A HAPPY CUSTOMER!! If I hear of anyone needing a mattress, I will make sure I send them to you. THANK YOU LAUREN!!! I CAN’T WAIT FOR MY NEW MATTRESS TO COME!! LOL!!😂

Let me start by saying I was not thrilled about going mattress shopping, but Brandon made the entire experience genuinely enjoyable. He is extremely knowledgeable about his craft and took the time to make sure I understood my options without ever making me feel pressured. I truly feel like I lucked out having him as my sales associate that day. Brandon has a great personality and will definitely make you laugh, all while ensuring you feel confident and completely happy with your purchase. I would highly recommend anyone in the market for a mattress to work with Brendon. You won’t be disappointed.
