My experience at the Tempur-Pedic store at The Mall in Columbia was wonderful. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Nick did a fantastic job helping us select the best mattress to suit our needs. We tried three different medium-firm beds, and all of them were incredibly comfortable. Nick took his time explaining all the features and even demonstrated the adjustable bases, which really helped us make an informed decision. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to experiencing great sleep for years to come. Thank you, Nick, and the Tempur-Pedic team!
View on GoogleBryan was an excellent help with finding the right pillow for me. He was very informed about the products and made me feel extremely welcome. I never felt pressured nor obligated to purchase anything, which made my experience feel so much better. He cared about my sleep quality more than my money
View on GoogleI had one of the best mattress shopping experiences at this location. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome. My needs were met patience, knowledge, and kindness. Craig was thorough on demonstrating all the comforts and capabilities of the pro smart base. Highly recommend visiting this store for your next mattress purchase. Craig and the team are the best!
View on GoogleBrian was awesome. He wasn’t pushy at all — just genuinely helpful in pointing me toward the right pillow for what I was looking for. He knew his stuff, answered my questions without making it feel like a sales pitch, and made the whole experience easy. Walked out happy with my purchase. If you’re shopping here, ask for Brian.
View on GoogleBryan (store manager) was insanely helpful! He took us through the entire tempur-pedic fitting experience even knowing we were making a swap at a different store. Found the perfect bed for us in no time. Our only regret is we can't make the exchange with him!
