Tempur-Pedic Flagship Store

My experience at the Tempur-Pedic store at The Mall in Columbia was wonderful. The staff was warm, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Nick did a fantastic job helping us select the best mattress to suit our needs. We tried three different medium-firm beds, and all of them were incredibly comfortable. Nick took his time explaining all the features and even demonstrated the adjustable bases, which really helped us make an informed decision. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated the excellent customer service. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to experiencing great sleep for years to come. Bryan (store manager) was insanely helpful! He took us through the entire tempur-pedic fitting experience even knowing we were making a swap at a different store. Found the perfect bed for us in no time. Our only regret is we can't make the exchange with him!
