Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I recently made a purchase at Bobs Furniture in Columbia Md. My wife and brought the Bob-O-Pedic® Gray 51'' Twin Pop-Up Sleeper Chair. The sofa/bed is wonderful, it doesn't take up a lot of space, its very firm and comfortable.The salesperson Kamerin was great. His customer service was excellent and he is very personable. Thank you Bobs Furniture for hiring the right people i will definitely shop her again and highly recommend to others. I’m in the process of moving buying all new furniture, and the last piece I needed was a sofa. When my son and I walked in, we were immediately greeted by Goodness. I had already looked at the website and knew what I wanted and he took me to the exact sofa and worked out the pieces I needed. The whole process was so smooth and Goodness and his Manager Thomas were very thorough in making sure all of my information was correct before purchasing it. They have very flexible delivery dates that worked perfectly for me. Thank you Goodness for being so kind and accommodating to us! He has excellent customer service!!

I’m a real person and I must say my visit to Bob’s Discount Furniture was a wonderful experience, the Associate Dion walked me through the whole process and picked out mattresses for me to try based upon what I looking for. Also, the Manager Thomas stopped by to make sure everything was going good for me. I would recommend coming here, I found the staff/associates to be very friendly.
