Had an amazing experience at this mattress store! Jamie & Tracey was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found the perfect mattress for my needs. The customer service was outstanding, and I never felt pressured. I highly recommend asking for Jamie if you stop by you won’t be disappointed!

First and foremost Elsa is a fantastic employee. This establishment is truly bringing her down and it’s very disappointing to see. Here’s why… Me and my girlfriend wanted to purchase a $1,000 mattress. Elsa managed to upsell a $6,700 mattress to me that I really liked. I got back to her the next day. I planned to finance but decided to bring $7,000 cash just in case. I also would like to mention I have almost an 800 point credit score at 22 years old. She jumped through hoops for hours to make this deal for us. She adjusted pricing for us to our liking, she practically chopped the tax off of the amount of the mattress for us, she called 2-3 people to get all sorts of other necessary information and half of them didn’t even pickup the phone or call back, she made sure we went through a 0% interest firm (Scealily or something) and due to what I can only imagine would be my age I was declined approval!!!!! She breaks down numbers on other firms and they’re just ridiculous. She clearly knows I won’t purchase it if I’m going to disregard all of my discounts to use some high interest firm, she practically begged her own company to find a way to sell me a bed I more than qualify for and it did not happen. I decided to call my girlfriend over and co sign for me and thank god… it worked. I’m leaving out hours of fine detail because we jumped through so many hoops I can’t honestly remember what color they were or how much space we had to jump through haha! We literally gave up but I wanted this thing so bad I came back in almost instantly to try one more time. When we got approval we had to high five Elsa because it was so insanely difficult to purchase this bed! She worked so hard she clearly has the potential to be a lot more than what she is now. I would not lose her in this economy and with the location this store has. She absolutely needs to be given a raise and a pat on the back. I gave you guys a 3 star because the store is 1/5 but Elsa is a 5/5. That’s the happy middle ground in my opinion. I would not come back for another purchase. She even gave us a cookie!

We had a great experience at Mattress Warehouse. Jaime was so helpful and extremely patient. He listened to our needs and found us the perfect mattress. Jaime, and his manager Knoah, made this an easy, pain-free purchase. The two gentlemen who delivered the Mattress were quick and professional! We highly recommend Mattress Warehouse!!

Love this store, and especially Noah! He is helpful, friendly, and pointed me in the right direction for the best pillows to help me sleep. Because of his awesome recommendation I purchased a set of pillows that slept amazing and came back and purchased an additional set!

Have to edit my rating. Manager Knoah appeared to be knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Compared mattresses and decided on one that, in the showroom, was soft and comfortable. Supposed to be “plush”. After delivery and trying for three weeks, was very uncomfortable and hard. Daniel Perez and his sidekick, Jhon, drove from Orlando/Kissimmee area to deliver our beds, adjustable frames, etc. They were FABULOUS! The men fitted the adjustable frames into our current large wooden frame with ease. We weren’t sure about the height. Daniel & Jhon kept adjusting the frames until we were happy. Thank you Daniel & Jhon!! Much obliged!!
