Spoke to Derrius walking into Mattress Firm and he was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to our budget. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and were definitely keeping an eye on our spending. Derrius helped us find the perfect bed so that my wife, my daughter, and I could all sleep comfortably.
For future purchases, I’m going to this man directly. He was friendly and engaging even though we weren't buying a top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic. It was a completely different (and better) experience compared to Mattress Warehouse. I highly recommend going to Mattress Firm if you want the best sleep of your life. Wow. What a great experience. Derrius was so patient, kind, professional and authentic. He gave us choices, after he listened to our needs and concerns. The bed we thought we wanted would not have been good for us considering our sleeping needs. It was not an upsell, it was an "I hear you and what you're looking for, consider this." This is my second time purchasing a bed from this company and I’m so happy to find out that after 10 years they still carry affordable durable beds. I love that I am still able to go in store and see/test (have an idea) what I am purchasing! Derrius was wonderful!! I didn’t feel forced to purchase anything I couldn’t afford and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the products I wanted to purchase. I was a little worried because my toddler had to use the restroom (they touch everything) but I was relieved and impressed that the restroom was VERY clean.
