Mattress Firm Forum Plaza

Spoke to Derrius walking into Mattress Firm and he was incredibly knowledgeable and accommodating to our budget. My wife and I recently purchased our first home and were definitely keeping an eye on our spending. Derrius helped us find the perfect bed so that my wife, my daughter, and I could all sleep comfortably. For future purchases, I’m going to this man directly. He was friendly and engaging even though we weren't buying a top-of-the-line Tempur-Pedic. It was a completely different (and better) experience compared to Mattress Warehouse. I highly recommend going to Mattress Firm if you want the best sleep of your life. Shoutout to Derrius for his professionalism and for smelling amazing—the man has great taste in cologne! 😁

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional experience I had with Mr. Darrius. His professionalism and extensive knowledge truly stood out, especially regarding aspects that are important to me, particularly my Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). Mr. Darrius demonstrated a deep understanding of my condition and took the time to explain how the adjustable bed frame could significantly benefit my sleep and overall well-being. His insights were not only informative but also reassuring, making the entire experience enjoyable. I genuinely wish that Mr. Darrius could be my sales representative for all of my future purchases. His expertise and dedication are truly invaluable, and I believe he is a remarkable asset to your team. Thank you, Mr. Darrius, for your outstanding service—it truly made a difference. Jafet Garcia

Wow. What a great experience. Derrius was so patient, kind, professional and authentic. He gave us choices, after he listened to our needs and concerns. The bed we thought we wanted would not have been good for us considering our sleeping needs. It was not an upsell, it was an "I hear you and what you're looking for, consider this." Derrius explained everything thoroughly. This is the greatest place to buy your mattress. Great product and choice's. Great feeling to walk away knowing you made a great choice. I told my wife that I (Chuck) had to do this review because Derrius, you are a fantastic person. Thanks for everything.

This is my second time purchasing a bed from this company and I’m so happy to find out that after 10 years they still carry affordable durable beds. I love that I am still able to go in store and see/test (have an idea) what I am purchasing! Derrius was wonderful!! I didn’t feel forced to purchase anything I couldn’t afford and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the products I wanted to purchase. I was a little worried because my toddler had to use the restroom (they touch everything) but I was relieved and impressed that the restroom was VERY clean.
