Mattress Warehouse of Hamilton

Merry Christmas to me 🎅!! Great service, zero pressure at The Mattress Warehouse of Hamilton. I walked into the store expecting a high-pressure sales pitch, but I was pleasantly surprised. I worked with Aimond who is nothing short of Awesome 😎 We started with the BedMatch system that scans your body and shows you the best mattress for you. He asked me what I was looking for, if I was a side or back sleeper, size, firmness as well as budget. Aimond really listened to everything that I said and never tried to "SELL"me anything. He let me try as many beds as possible without ever rushing or hovering over me. Who knew mattresses were so evolved these days? Obviously Aimond because he answered all of my questions and made sure that I understood everything about every mattress I tried. We discussed financing and he effortlessly walked me through the whole process, explained any costs or fees, and got me approved right on the spot !! So needless to say I think Aimond and the MWHOH deserve more than five stars, but that's all I'm allowed to give. So if you need a new mattress, don't walk.. RUN to this store and make sure you ask for Aimond. Oh and if Alec is there you've hit the jackpot.

Great experience at this store! Alec was amazing! Didn’t rush us, answered every questions honestly and allowed us time to look around and feel every mattress we wanted. He recommended mattresses and listened to every complaint we had do our old mattress. He listened to what we were looking for an his recommendations were spot on. Highly recommend this store and seeing Alec. Wonderful experience!!! Zero complaints!!!

Extremely satisfied with the selection and especially our sales person Dilip. Dilip was very knowledgable about brands, features, pros & cons of each mattress he showed us. Ended up buying his first recommended mattress after trying 5 or 6 others. Price and extras were very pleasing. My wife & I highly recommend Mattress Firm Warehouse and Dilip.

Really good experience overall. Dilip helped us out and made everything super easy. He wasn’t pushy at all and actually took the time to explain the options. We ended up finding exactly what we needed. Definitely recommend asking for him if you go.

Dilip was quite knowledgeable and helpful. He had me test out a number of mattresses and pillows. He gave me options on various models and in the end gave me the option of applying for Credit. Left with everything needed and set up my delivery. Great service!!
