Mattress Firm Hamilton

This is the second time I have purchased mattresses from this location of Mattress Firm. I’m really happy with all of my purchases to date and don’t have any complaints. At my most recent visit, I was looking for a mattress that I had purchased many years ago, and although I was presented many different options, (all of them were great), I was really happy when the Rich, the sales associate told me that they had one last mattress left at clearance of the one I really loved. That was exactly what I needed! Rich was really knowledgeable, he was able to answer all of my questions and concerns regarding the mattress and the different types of delivery options they have. I wouldn’t go anywhere else if you want to purchase a mattress!

We were able to make an easy and informed decision because of all the information given to us by the sales representative. He showed us a variety of options while staying within our designated budget. It was an overall enjoyable experience and we came away satisfied that we were guided to the best buying option for us. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Mr. Joseph was a tremendous help during our mattress shopping experience. He listened carefully to our needs and guided us through the options with patience and expertise. His recommendations were thoughtful and made the decision process much easier. We’re very happy with our purchase and grateful for his excellent support.

I purchased a bed for the first time in 17 years today. My sleep expert, Nic, was very helpful and informative in guiding me to my purchase of a bed. Nic’s expertise helped me to make an informed and confident choice in a brand new bed. I recommend anyone who visits this location to be there for when Nic is present and can assist you in the same professional manner that he did for me.

With the help of a friendly salesperson, we were able to find a new mattress that we are excited to set up at home. There was no pressure when discussing our needs and wants and the process was simple.
