While I was not experiencing any issues with our former mattress, my husband had been waking up in pain in his hips and shoulders for awhile. They say that our bodies change every six or seven years and I guess that his was going through that transformation that caused him joint pain. So..., we began thinking about getting a new mattress and I was open to doing so for his sake. He had a friend who had purchased a mattress from a Mattress Warehouse store in Hanover, Pennsylvania so we drove from Maryland to that store to see what they had available. We met with Glen, the store manager and he was extremely helpful, but also very friendly who put us both at ease very quickly. After my husband told him what had been bothering him and I shared that I was fine with our older mattress, but was willing to try out something new, Glen knew to direct us to his Tempur-pedic line. I was impressed with the comfort level of these mattresses but also with the concept of sleeping on them with an adjustable base. Once we had tried out several different Tempure-pedic mattresses, we landed on a compromise with the Luxe Adapt Medium Hybrid (I like a more firm foundation while my husband prefers a softer feel). We also opted for two of the twin XL Ergo smart bases instead of one king size base, per Glen's suggestion, should we need to exchange to two different mattress firmness levels after trying them out for up to 120 days. Glen was very flexible with our schedule for delivery and installation and while we have only slept on the bed for one night so far, we both slept well! Also, my husband woke up without being in pain for the first time in a long time! I was pleasantly surprised that this experience went so smoothly and a big part of that was due to Glen's knowledge of his products and his congenial and friendly personality! If shopping for a new mattress, we both highly recommend seeing Glen at the Mattress Warehouse store in Hanover, PA!

The shopping experience was very laid back: no pressure from the salesman. We were able to take our time and choose what we liked. The next day delivery was excellent. The delivery was on time, quick, and professional. The deliverymen covered their shoes to avoid tracking in dirt on our carpets. It took about 5 minutes to setup the new mattress and to remove the old mattress. Very good experience. Would highly recommend Mattress Warehouse of Hanover, Pa.

I just bought a mattress & was not looking forward to having to do that. I brought the measurements of my room in & told the employee what kind I was looking for. His name was Glen & he helped me go thru everything. The sizes they offered, the kind of mattresses they have, the type of frame I have, the look & feel of what I was looking for. He was very patient with me & offered suggestions & tips, not pushy at all like a lot of sales people. I actually left feeling good about my new mattress & not stressed about it. I highly recommend going here & ask for Glen, he will help u get what u need & want! Love my new bed!!

I never write reviews, but I had to make an exception. A couple of weeks ago, I went shopping for a new mattress. The salesperson was very knowledgeable. I didn't know what I wanted. He asked the right questions and helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me. I am sleeping better and my back feels great! I recommend Glen.

So a couple of weeks ago, I stopped in to look at the pricing of what new bed costs. I was promptly greeted by a young man name John whonwas working the evening shift. He was absolutely terrific, listened to what my needs where, helped keep me within my budget, and took into account the purpose of the bed. (Spare guest bed.) He went out of his way to help get the exact frame I was looking for and liked that I have on my own bed, and was able to flex the delivery time to my suiting. Over all the level of customer care is exactly the reason ive now bought 2 beds from this location, as the staff is always patient, understanding, through and professional. It just helps that they sell good quality products as well. 11/10 recommend. Thank you John!
