Amazing experience. Store manager Reese Stoffo is not only friendly and knowledgable, but is the consummate professional. He spent much time with us in helping us make the right choice for a mattress and adjustable bed frame. His exceptional knowledge was apparent in answering our many questions, and we are sure we made the right choice in our purchase.
One of his associates, Morgan, was also most helpful and obviously very knowledgeable.
This is a great store with an exceptional staff. Highly recommended.

Just walked in yesterday and talked with Leigh about buying a mattress similar to the Hilton Bed. She explained how that bed is sold exclusively by Hilton and explained
how similar they are to some at Mattress Warehouse. Not only did she show the comparisons but showed where each had their strong points and weaknesses.
It took over an hour for me to select a mattress but it was just delivered and, I feel, it was time and money well spent.
If you're in the market for a mattress I'd highly recommend seeing Leigh at Mattress Warehouse. She's knowledgeable, courteous, and most of all professional.

My mattress was delivered by Victor and Danell who were more than professional... they had personality!
As they removed the old mattress and brought in the new, they were very friendly and enjoyable to be around. Even though their stay was brief they
were very considerate of my home, respectful, and good ambassadors of Mattress Warehouse.

I entered Mattress Warehouse a little skeptical. I've had bad experiences in mattress stores before, and was waiting for the hard sell. Fortunately, this store doesn't work that way.
Leigh greeted me as I entered the store and and asked how she could help. After explaining my issues with my current mattress (bought on Amazon, don't do it!) She suggested that I take their sleep style quiz, which I did. After answering several questions and having their sleep assessment mattress poke and prod me a little (it doesn't hurt!) their app came up with a list of mattresses that fit my sleep type.
Leigh showed me the top three and let me try them. No pushing, no personal opinions on what was best. I just tried them and assessed how they supported me. Not once did she talk about price, or push one over another. She just let me determine which one felt best.
Once I had decided on which were right for me, she gave me pricing for my top two choices. My choice was the least expensive of the suggestions, and Leigh confirmed that she initially thought that one would be best for me.
She provided me pricing and explained their return policy and financing plans and threw in a bunky board and sheet and pillow set for free. We finalized the paperwork and I was out of the store in 45 minutes.
The mattress was delivered promptly and the delivery people were organized, pleasant and efficient. They moved my old mattress to the basement and put the new mattress in place.
If your looking for an honest, affordable place to purchase a mattress, I highly recommend Mattress Warehouse. They deserve their 5 star rating. Leigh is knowledgeable, honest and great at her job and also makes the experience of buying a new mattress pleasant!

Met with Leigh who helped us pick out 3 new mattresses. She was fantastic…extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I feel very confident in the mattresses we chose based on Leigh’s recommendations. Would definitely come back.
