The store manager, Pedro Morales, was amicable, informative and pretty quick to process my order. Saved me some money too, taking the time to find me the best deals for my purchase. Excellent service. Can't go wrong with this Mattress Warehouse.

We had a wonderful experience at the Mattress Warehouse in Gastonia today! John Randall was most helpful and courteous during our purchase of a full size mattress set for our guest bedroom. Delivery is scheduled for next week. Can’t wait to test the real thing in our home!

I've been in the workforce for nearly 40 years. The majority of which has required me to engage others as clients, customers, and guests across a plethora of industries. May I humbly submit: I know CUSTOMER SERVICE. For me, working with PEDRO MORALES was SIMPLY DELIGHTFUL. Over the course of EIGHT MONTHS or so:), I entered MATTRESS WAREHOUSE in Gastonia ... repeatedly ... with intent to: ask questions, gather product knowledge not available on-line, sample relaxed body positions, and implement the principles of sound, financial WISDOM while pondering this question: "In which product should I invest to best ensure COMFORT while resting my ever-changing and most-assuredly AGING body?" In my experiences [plural] with PEDRO MORALES, I was given TIME, accurate and useful INFORMATION, and genuine PATIENCE undergirded by a CONSISTENTLY-PROFESSIONAL DEMEANOR. Thank you, Sir! You hung in there with me ... until I [e.g.; "I", not your sales quota or any other revenue-generated agenda] was ready to make my final decision. You waited PATIENTLY, greeted me KINDLY, remembered me [no matter how sporadic my visits were], and successfully-guided me to the purchase of the one piece of furniture wherein and upon which I spend 1/3 of my life. Thank you, again, PEDRO MORALES:) ... for exemplifying "The Standard of Customer Service par Excellence!" UPDATE ... Today is Tuesday, June 09th, 2026. I've been sleeping quite comfortably on THE HELIX ELITE since Late MAR! For me, it was a good and wise purchase. Initially, I was willing to spend a little extra, because I wanted to ensure QUALITY and LONGEVITY for what should be the final mattress purchase of my lifetime. As I approach 100 days on THE HELIX EITE, I am certain that it was truly, truly worth the expense. I am also HAPPY that I went a little further and splurged on THE ADJUSTABLE BASE w/remote:) I! AM! LOVIN' IT! l find myself looking forward to THE ZERO GRAVITY BUTTON. One touch ... and I am gently-cradled into a hammock-like position. From there, the tension in and the pressure on my lower back are relieved, I slip into a deep sleep:), and, when I wake, returning the flat/straight position allows my aging body to enjoy THE! BEST! KINETIC! STRETCH! EVER! The AB also provides a great way to elevate my feet above my heart while I am resting. SIDEBAR ... And, for those who are as attentive to their MEDICAL as I am, this also improves CIRCULATION and decreases [if not eradicates] edema. Regarding THE HELIX ELITE itself, I admit ... the all-black, star-lit design set to resemble a beautiful nighttime sky first captured me aesthetically, but, after sleeping on it for nearly 100 days, my testimony is; "This is much more than a pretty mattress." Whatever technology the manufacturers placed underneath the beautiful covering that causes the mattress to FIRMLY and more than adequately support my 170 lbs ... is still working. I get in the bed, I sleep ... hard ... the way only I can, and, when I get up, THE HELIX ELITE returns to its original position. No "dips" and no "craters" left behind:). QUALITY is what I sought. QUALITY is what I now have! Finally, THE BED-GEAR that was gifted to me fits perfectly onto this deep-pocket TWIN, sleeps smoothly, and, even over time, continues to launder very well. Pedro Morales was absolutely amazing to work with! He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. He really took the time to understand what we needed and helped us find the perfect mattress. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy.
