Was really excited when I first came in and the dude that I worked with was chill or whatever but I confirmed before I walked out that the price would be 3000 like I asked that question and was told yes. I go to pay off the bed and my account says 3540 is what I owe. Mind you when I was shopping there, the dude made it seem like all this stuff was getting “thrown in” well when you look at the breakdown ur charged for it. Also, I was so comfortable buying the bed that day because I was told they exchange it no problem. Well the bed was too soft after sleeping on it a few days I knew I was going to exchange it (mind you I already paid the 3540). I go into tell them I need to exchange it and the guy says well you’ll have to pay a delivery again which is 130$. That’s fine with me so I ask to look at the beds and then he proceeds to tell me that when you exchange if you get lesser value they don’t refund and I I said okay so I have to buy and more expensive bed. Then he says when you pick the bed we also don’t apply any discounts you originally got LMAOO😂😂 so basically if I walked back in and exchange for the same bed I would be paying 600$ more to have THE SAME bed dropped off at my place. To keep the same bed and change firmness I’d have to pay 900$ more. They don’t tell you that when you first by the bed they just make it seem like they will do an even exchange. Just a way for them to scam and make money, how you gonna give military discount on the first bed but when I go to do an “EVEN” exchange you can’t apply the same discount. Basically to get some type of even exchange I’d have to change from a king to a queen on a bed I haven’t even had a month yet lol. Don’t go here they scam and leave info off. I thought they were cool at first and they say if you find the mattress cheaper elsewhere they’ll credit you for the difference. I highly doubt that’s true if they can’t even equal exchange a bed like they said because it’s too soft. Now im stuck with a bed I was lied to about the price and it’s too soft to sleep comfortably on and no one’s trying to pay like 600$ more for an already overpriced bed that I already paid off. Sketchy and sucks. 😭if I could go back I’d prolly go to Mattress firm. Maybe they rip people off less and I get it because these people make commission but honesty is always best.
