Buy local! They work with you a lot better than the big commercial chains! This place was leaps and bounds BETTER than Mattress Firm and I am happy to give them my business. My husband and I went Memorial Day weekend for the sales and worked with Luis. He had great energy and was very helpful, but still gave us time to look around alone and talk things over, probably because the employees DON'T work on commission here. I am not an impulsive shopper and big on thinking about expensive purchases before pulling the trigger. There was pressure to buy the day we went in but the deal we were offered was too good to pass up comparatively to other places we had visited. We went back the next day to buy and Luis made sure we got what we wanted and worked on a packaged deal since we needed a bed frame and wanted to upgrade the adjustable frame, not just buy the mattress. We paid WAY less for everything we bought brand new compared to JUST the discount customer-returned mattress they were trying to pressure us to buy at Mattress Firm. Everything was delivered just a few days later. The delivery team was early, friendly, and respectful when carefully taking things into the house and setting everything up. They took their time showing my husband how the adjustable bed frame works before leaving. Altogether they were in and out in 15 minutes and we are very happy with our overall experience. Highly recommend!

This was my second purchase with Mattress Warehouse and the first at this location. Today I worked with Matt who was professional, friendly, and very helpful, and also very patient with my two million questions, and who went above and beyond to help me get what I was looking for (and more) without going over my budgeted limit.
He did all this without seeming like a pushy salesman, and he had a great sense of humor too.
I actually had to leave and take care of a few things before I could come back and finalize the sale. Then, when I did, I forgot to tell him I wanted to change the size of the mattress I had chosen before he rang it all up, and as a further testament to his patience, and excellent customer service, he never seemed frustrated or annoyed with me, even though I kept him past the store closing time by the time we finished!!
Sorry again, Matt, but thanks so much for your help, kindness, and patience! You are appreciated, (and you deserve a raise or something too)!

Matt, our Salesman was very polite and knowledgeable and so helpful. Had everything ready for us to take with us and was just wonderful. A very easy experience.

I didn't see a name on the receipt of my sales man but it did have MT1A in that area. He was great. He was able to bring the price down for me. He had a great sense of humor! Overall a fast and easy transaction.
