Kimberly, the manager of the store, provided outstanding and personalized service today with attention to detail! I purchased multiple mattresses and box springs for a vacation home in Ocean City. Kimberly and her team, including her management support, were very attentive and worked with me to answer all my questions. They exceeded my expectations around every turn. I really appreciated the bed match process to help me determine what mattress would work best for me and my family. I can’t say enough about how pleasant and rewarding the purchase experience at Mattress Warehouse of Somers Point, New Jersey was today! I encourage everyone in the local area to give Kimberly a call if you’re looking for a mattress for your home! She will take care of all your needs!
View on GoogleKevin was AWESOME! I know I'll sleep better. Nick was helpful as needed. Overall, a great experience! Very happy customer... soon to be a happy sleeper! Thank you, Kevin!!!
View on Googlewe went to mattress warehouse because we had a warranty issue for the mattress we bought this past year. The salesman was very helpful and assisted us in choosing a mattress that was similar to what we had but could address some of the issues that we also had with The previous mattress. We went with the same manufacture, but we are trying a different type of mattress and I hope that this one Will be better. So far, I am pleased with the customer service from mattress warehouse.
View on GoogleI stopped into the Somers Point location to get a mattress and box spring for my daughter’s new “Big Girl Bed” as she was transitioning from her toddler bed. Nick was great to work with! Extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. I cannot recommend the Somers Point location more. Thank you!!!
