We had an outstanding experience! Our salesman Kyle took the time to locate the ottoman that matched our sofa and love seat set that we purchased at Ashley 5 years prior. He did this by identifying a picture of a pillow that that went with the set. Not only did he do that but he got us credit on the furniture warranty that we did not use and put it towards the purchase of the matching ottoman. I would strongly recommend Ashley Furniture, along with Kyle and his team for your next furniture purchase.

If you value your time and money shop elsewhere. We told the associates as soon as we entered what we wanted to buy. At the register we were told how we were going to get this discount and that discount and this upgraded service and that upgraded service. We agreed on a term and the associate who claimed to have worked there for 20 years explained that her company was bought out and had to run every deal through higher ups. We waited calmly for a half hour or more only to have her come back and say our purchasing option didn't qualify for ANY of the deals. We figured ok so we will try another purchasing option. Once again she runs off to talk to the bosses and comes back with a "They are going to give it to you for the online price which is cheaper." The price was higher. When I confronted them about it some other "boss" comes up to me and says sorry that option don't qualify for the deals. I am not talking about an arbitrary amount of money. The first time this happened the bill went up $600 from our agreed amount. We walked. I hope this honest review saves you your time and money. All I can say is if you do shop here take a picture of whatever deal they are showing you and hold firm to it. Odds are they will try to rob you too.

The Ashley store in Millville, NJ and their staff were wonderful. The store is undergoing major renovations but that did not hinder the staff in being able to show me furniture. Melanie Rabb was the salesperson and she is a true professional. She is knowledgeable, courteous, and made my purchase a pleasure, going the extra mile to ensure I got what I wanted at the best price. Michelle Kennedy who assisted me in the financial portion of the purchase was also a true professional making my experience at Ashley one that ensures I will return.

Great experience both in finding what I wanted to getting the order in. Everyone was very helpful especially Damian who was most helpful every step of the way. Was able to answer my questions and seemed very knowledgeable from sales to processing the order to my liking. Kudos to all at Ashley

We worked with LJ and he was patient as the process took over a week for us to make a decision. During that time he checked in, answered questions, but wasn't pushy. Once we decided he gave us a great deal. We will definitely work with him again. The store overall was clean and inviting and the staff were all friendly and helpful.
