Bill Cummings at the Vineland store, he is fabulous!!!! My husband and myself do animal rescue, and we have a 6 year old son and a 16 year old daughter. We don’t spend big money on ourselves since we have greater responsibilities. But we went in on the fourth to just take a look and see if we could possibly get a new bed (last one was from Amazon for like $250) or a new couch (last one from Glassboro Thrift Village for about $125.) There was no pressure from Bill whatsoever, I was expecting to go in there and be pushed and persuaded. None of that from Bill. He was super friendly and personable, funny, and kind. He would give us space if we were discussing things. He showed us two mattresses to see what firmness we liked. We both realized we like very soft, so he showed us another soft that he thought we’d like. Boy was he right! We ended up leaving with two new sofas, a bedroom set (which he told us how we should package it so the discount would be greater,) two pillows and our new king mattress and adjustable frame! It was such a lovely experience, and I have to say that 85% of that is because of Bill Cummings! Thank you so much Bill for being such a great help and listening and steering us in the right direction, the right direction directly to our new mattress!

We came into the store just to check because we expected it to be too expensive. We were greeted by Ernie at the door and he was an incredible help. He showed us how affordable it all was and helped us to pick out the furniture we loved! He was constantly there to help us with questions or concerns, whether he was working or not that day. Every issue that arose was handled seamlessly by Ernie! We will definitely be going back for any furniture needs! There’s a picture of the Benedict booth and table set that we fell in love with and purchased!

I want to thank Bryan for helping us pick out our new couch and recliner. He listened to everything we were looking for and helped us pick the best option for our home.

Went Friday night to find a new mattress. We had Bryan help us and he did a great job helping us find the best mattress to fit our needs and preferences. He was very knowledgeable and informative, and gave all the important details we needed throughout the process. He thoroughly explained everything we needed to know when picking it out, purchasing, and delivery. As well as warranty information. The delivery was quick and easy, tailored to our schedule and detailed with tracking information of when they would be here to deliver. I highly recommend going to this location and asking for Bryan for all of your furniture needs. We most definitely will be returning.

What an excellent experience at Raymour & Flanigan. This was our first purchase we have ever made at R&F. Ernie Williams, our sales rep showed us all mattresses and helped us focus in on what we were going for. He took his time and was extremely patient with us. He explained all the details of each mattress and also how to keep it protected to preserve the warranty. No sneaky sales stuff, this gentleman truly cared about the purchase we were about to make. Our experience was nothing short of excellent!!!! Thank you so very much Ernie Williams. The mattress was delivered today, Monday. We made the purchase Saturday. Quick delivery too!!! We will definitely do business again at R&F. We will absolutely be looking to seek Ernie’s help again.
