We had a great experience at this Mattress Warehouse location! Our salesperson, Demond, was fantastic—he was very flexible on price and took his time to help my girlfriend and me find the perfect mattress. He was completely transparent about the products and genuinely helped us stay within our budget. We never felt rushed and had plenty of time to make our decision. We even decided to purchase an adjustable base, and Demond did his research to find the one that suited us the best. We felt very comfortable purchasing from this store and would definitely recommend them to anyone in the area!

We went out searching for a mattress which is a big task when you are 6’8. We came in expecting to find a serviceable mattress for a low price. We ran into Geneva, she was super helpful and educated us on the perfect mattress to fit all of my needs. Customer service was 10/10 and we left feeling like every dollar was well spent!

Geneva was fantastic! She gave us multiple options and was professional and friendly, without being pushy. She related her personal experiences and went out of her way to give us a good deal. I'm always apprehensive when working in a sales environment, but Matress Warehouse was stress free!

Daiquan was very kind and patient with us. He made sure we really tried out the mattress. He did not push us or make us feel like we had make a decision. Made us feel welcomed. He did what he could do give us the best price. We gave him a price and he did great with it.

Stopped by today, looking for a queen mattress for a reasonable price. Was helped , right away, by Demond. He was friendly, down to earth, and really looked out for us. My wish was granted; found a great mattress, at a great price, and next day delivery!! woohoo! Thankyou Demond. Highly recommend this store .. for wide selection, good help, and better prices.
