Everything was easy and straightforward with no issues at all. Khalid even coordinated a same-day pickup from a nearby store so we could take our new mattress home right away. Excellent customer service and a smooth buying experience from start to finish!

I have never had a mattress buying experience like this one. First I came into the store and was greeted by Khalid the store manager. He then traveled me around the store, letting me try different mattresses and being my personal mattress specialist. After trying all the mattresses, he helped me to find one that matched my budget and was very patient as I asked several questions regarding the base styles and headboard styles as this is my first time buying a mattress with such intricate details #adulting . He helped me to feel comfortable with my purchase and helped me to secure a Delivery date that works best with my schedule. I will be back here for any of my other mattress needs the warranty for the mattress that I got is 20 years, which is fantastic and he explained everything very thoroughly.

Had a wonderful experience on back-to-back days. I honestly checked out other local stores but came back because of Will’s time, professionalism, and overall approach. Khalid sealed the deal. He understood the assignment and allowed the sale to progress naturally. I have a difficult time with pushy salespeople who try to upsell everything, but Will and Khalid gave me space, showed me what was available, and clearly explained the pros and cons of the mattresses I was interested in.
