Casper - Christiana Mall

Recently, I purchased the Casper Snow Max from the Casper retail store at Christiana Mall. Erik and Nyona provided me with excellent customer service. They answered all of my questions and were patient as I tried various mattresses that were on display. In addition, they made some excellent recommendations on accessories. I am thoroughly happy with my Casper purchase decision. Thank you.

Wife and I were in the market for a new bed and decided to visit this store. Erik welcomed us and allowed us to try the mattresses he thought we’d like based on our preferences. Besides being professional and kind, Erik wasn’t pushy on selling us the top of the line bed or certain products which my wife and I very much appreciate. Needless to say, I drove back up from Baltimore and Erik immediately remembered me and the bed I was there for.

Erik was absolutely fantastic. He took the time to meet with us and provided very thorough descriptions along with pros and cons with each model. He allowed us the time and space to explore different products for future purchases. If you are looking for a warm and comfortable shopping experience I couldn’t recommend shopping with Erik enough. We had Nyona as our sales rep and she was very sweet. She was patient with our two year old ramping around and was a great sales associate. The manager was also very friendly.
