Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Outlet

I've bought a lot of furniture from Raymour the outlet and main store. I like going to the outlet because they let you browse without hassling you. On this visit, I walked around looking and trying the furniture, the sales agent was there to assist. I thought my sales rep was knowledgeable and very helpful.

A wonderful experience thanks to Torrence McCroey. I had a wonderful, smooth transaction from start to finish. There was a minor hiccup, but the manager personally called me and handled everything quickly, professionally, and with such a friendly attitude. Torrence made the whole process stress-free and even took the time to explain the warranty options, which I ended up purchasing. Overall, it was a great experience with excellent customer service.

We stopped into the Raymour & Flanigan Outlet in Christiana yesterday and had a truly wonderful experience. Shawn Thomas was the most easygoing and polite sales person I have met in a long time. Once I knew what furniture I wanted the entire process from start to finish was completed in satisfactory time. My furniture was delivered on the day and within the time it was stated. The delivery men were cordial and did the entire set up. All I had to do was sign and enjoy the furniture. My wife and I went in the showroom to look at living room furniture, and they have a great selection to choose from. Quickly we were greeted by a salesman that showed us a few sets that met our needs. We decided rather quickly on a set and at that time were told we would be offered a great deal with a great discount. We were promised 3 gift cards in total totaling $150. Well that still hasn't happened two months later. We weren't indeed not given a great deal with not receiving the promised gift cards. We have called at least 5 times and spoke to the salesman we dealt with and its one excuse after another. Its pretty disheartening to think you are getting a good deal and turns out its not. Buyer beware if you are promised anything in return in regard to credits or gift cards. You will not receive them. You will pay full price for the furniture and be swindled into thinking you are getting money off.
