We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. We purchased a DreamCloud mattress, and it has been extremely comfortable so far. One of the best surprises was receiving an adjustable base for free, which made the deal even better. A special thank you to Kurt for helping us throughout the process. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. He helped us find the right mattress for our needs and made the entire experience smooth and easy. The delivery process was straightforward, and the mattress has significantly improved our sleep quality.
