We had a great experience at Mattress Firm. We purchased a DreamCloud mattress, and it has been extremely comfortable so far. One of the best surprises was receiving an adjustable base for free, which made the deal even better. A special thank you to Kurt for helping us throughout the process. He was friendly, patient, and took the time to answer all our questions without any pressure. He helped us find the right mattress for our needs and made the entire experience smooth and easy. The delivery process was straightforward, and the mattress has significantly improved our sleep quality. We are very happy with our purchase and would highly recommend Mattress Firm and Kurt to anyone looking for a new mattress.
View on GoogleWe had an amazing experience at the Mattress Firm Christiana Power Center. The associate, Kurt, helped us and was so nice. He answered all of our questions, and we had many. The purchasing process was incredibly easy, and they explained the financing. We didn't need it, but it was nice to know we had options. After trying all the samples on the floor, we ended up getting a Tempur-Pedic mattress and an adjustable base. The store was spotless, and I was not worried about lying down on anything. I would definitely come back!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience at Mattress Firm at the Christiana Mall working with Kurt! He was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to help us find the perfect setup for our needs. We decided on a Tempur-Pedic adjustable base, and Kurt made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He also helped us take advantage of the 0% interest financing option, which made our purchase even better. Excellent customer service, great communication, and no pressure throughout the experience. If you’re shopping for a mattress or adjustable base, definitely ask for Kurt!
View on GoogleWe had a great experience! From the moment we walked in, Kurt was very kind and welcoming. He took the time to educate us on the differences between the mattresses and helped us understand what would work best for our needs. He also showed us great options within our budget without any pressure. We really appreciated his patience, knowledge, and excellent customer service. Highly recommend!
View on GoogleHad a great experience at Mattress Firm thanks to Kurt! He was patient, knowledgeable, and actually listened to what I was looking for instead of trying to just sell me the most expensive option. He explained the differences between the mattresses clearly and made the whole process stress-free. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. I left feeling confident in my purchase and would definitely recommend asking for Kurt if you stop by!”
