Mattress Warehouse of Purcellville

I would like to thank Brandon, the store manager, for his professionalism and support throughout this process. After Tempur-Pedic’s warranty department declined my claim, Brandon took ownership of the situation and helped guide it to a smooth and fair resolution. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and respectful of the time and expectations involved. His approach demonstrated strong customer service and accountability, and it made a meaningful difference in the overall experience. Because of Brandon’s efforts, I would confidently recommend this Mattress Warehouse location.

Brandon and Chris were fantastic. Very helpful. They listened to what we were looking for and asked questions to guide us through all the options. Highly recommend the Purcellville location.

Very happy with our experience. We were helped by Chris and Brandon and they were so helpful, informative and kind. We stopped by the store more than once and never felt pressured to purchase and our questions were thoroughly answered while they helped us find the right fit. Looking forward to a comfortable nights sleep and grateful to have a store within our community that we could shop locally at.

We had a fantastic experience working with our mattress salesman. Brandon showed us a wide variety of mattresses and took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between them, making sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. We especially appreciated that Brandon didn’t try to push us toward the most expensive option, but instead focused on helping us find the best fit for our needs and budget. On top of that, he arranged a quick delivery date, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend!

Sales Representative Brandon was top notch. He was very knowledgeable and extremely pleasant to work with. The store manager ensured that an issue during delivery was addressed and corrected, putting customer satisfaction first. I will continue to support the Purcellville location.
