Schewels Home

We bought our dresser and nightstand at Schewels Home, Charles Town, WV. The staff was amazing! They greeted us and offered help when we got there. From the person on the floor who helped us with the purchase to the financing, they were very friendly. Most importantly, the facility is really clean!

Leslie from Schewels Home helped me find the mattress of my dreams! We had the chance to test out the Beauty Rest mattress at a resort in Acapulco, México. It took me a few months until I was able to locate a similar mattress at Schewels Home, West Virginia. Leslie, the amazing sales rep was super kind and answered all of my questions about the Beauty Rest mattress. Since it was an hour away from where I live it took me a while to visit the store. Leslie was incredibly helpful for several weeks, including messages via texts. Then Leslie informed me of a big sale Schewels was having. We were able to visit and saved lots of money thanks to her help. The store was very pleasant and appealing while we were there and everyone was very helpful throughout the process. Additionally, the shipping cost was under 30 dollars and all of my items arrived the following week in perfect conditions. The delivery guys were superb and professional while placing all of the parts of the mattress. I strongly recommend this location and I’d love to shop here again. Thank you so much Leslie! Schewels Home is super lucky 🍀 to have you. A big raise is in order 😊 for staff member that goes above and beyond 👏🏽 Also, thank you for the thoughtful card after the sale was completed. That was a very good touch in customer service 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

I visited the store on Saturday to purchase a mattress I worked with the sales representative Rebecca and have nothing but positive things to say about her she was knowledgeable and kind. Once confirming the mattress i wanted we went to the desks in the back to checkout I was not greeted by the other lady once passed to her to checkout if anything she acted like it was an annoyance to check me out. I asked her where pick up was martinsburg or Winchester she replied whatever she told you and started shaking her head. She made a call to see what day the mattress could be picked up and after ending the call she looked at me and was he doesn’t know either he’s busy just like we are with an attitude. At this point because of her professionalism and attitude I was beyond over it. I informed her that since she doesn’t have a date for delivery for me I will not be proceeding and she can call me when she has one. She made this huge sigh and said so you’re not going to finish your ticket?! I said nope and got up and walked out while walking out she called someone to let them know i was leaving. Overall just a bad experience and they lost over 600$ because of her poor attitude.

Everyone we came into contact with was friendly and helpful! The place is clean and the staff is awesome. Found my new furniture and appliance store.

Wonder manager Ms. Eileen Swaim and amazing staff, sales persons are easy and fun to speak to. There are so many options and everyone makes it an easy and fast process to take home your new home. Clean and sturdy furniture I must say. I’ve purchased my entire bedroom sets and kitchen form here, see below. Long time customer for sure. I love this place.
