Sleep Number

Sandra was absolutely amazing to work with. She took the time to really listen to our needs and helped us choose the perfect mattress and base. We never felt rushed or pressured—just genuinely cared for. Thanks to her knowledge and patience, we’re finally getting the comfort and support we were looking for. Highly recommend asking for Sandra!

Michelle was such a huge help throughout the entire process. I walked in knowing almost nothing about Sleep Number and all the different options available, and she took the time to really explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. What stood out the most to me was that it never felt like she was trying to sell me something just to make a sale. It genuinely felt like she was trying to help me find the best fit based on my needs, values, and pain points, which I really appreciated. I ended up purchasing a mattress and I’m super excited about it! Michelle also did a great job explaining what to expect after the purchase and next steps, so I left feeling really informed and confident in my decision. Overall, this was a great in store experience and I’m really looking forward to my new mattress!

Friendly knowledgeable customer service. I had done my research online and already figured out what I wanted, but decided to go to the store to check it out in person. Sandra did not try to upsell me on a bed. She respected my choice, showed me the bed I had already picked and all its features then had me in and out of the store in record time! She was even able to give me a better price than online. I had to take an important phone call in the middle of our transaction. Sandra was very understanding and kept working to get everything done on her end while I was on my call. Very clean store. Delivery and set up went smoothly.

Asma was a wonderful saleswoman. She showed extreme patience and gentleness with us as we discerned which mattress to purchase. We are very pleased with our purchase and look forward to many good nights of sleep in our future!

What a lovely experience at the Leesburg store, thanks to Michelle. During phone calls, she’d already honed in on what I was hoping for in a new bed, and after we arrived at the store and chatted about different options,, she had us try a bed, and bullseye — the exact right one. I didn’t even bother trying out others. Due to some arthritis and a hip issue, I assumed I’d never find a bed that was 100% comfortable. I was 100% wrong. It felt like I was suspended — zero pressure on my bad hip, and it was like floating on a cloud. So 10 stars for Michelle, and thank you.
