Just had a great experience searching for a mattress with William. I told him about my low back problems, issues with hot mattresses and he showed me several that would work. He also looked at my posture on the mattress and helped me figure out firmness. I plan on getting my money together for a Kingsdown, as its clearly a far superior feel over the others for me. I have never had such wonderful experience with such a knowlegable and experienced salesman as William! Highly recommend!!
View on GoogleI went to Mattress Warehouse on Broad St on Black Friday and spoke to William P. I was blown away by the deal I got on the Sealy pillow top bed with free adjustable base and my very own Storm pillow. William was very knowledgeable, patient and kind and I sleep better than I have in my life! I’m very grateful to William and Mattress Warehouse!
View on GoogleWilliam was super helpful & patient while I shopped for the right mattress. He took the time to listen to what I was looking for, explained my best options and didn't pressure or rush me during the entire process, which really helped with my anxiety and was truly appreciated. His friendly attitude and knowledge really stood out. Thanks to William, I had a great first-time experience and found the perfect mattress. I will definitely recommend loved ones visit this location and I highly recommend asking for William if you're shopping here!!! Thanks again!
View on GoogleWe had the pleasure of purchasing a mattress from William last weekend. We needed one full mattress for a guest room. William introduced us to the Sleep Test bed and WOW - super cool and very informative! We highly recommend trying the sleep tester bed to learn which sort of mattress suits your body best. Indubitably 5 stars. When the time comes for a new mattress, we’ll return to see William! Thank you!
View on GoogleWe went in just looking for a mattress for my girlfriend’s apartment and Nat helped us understand how a mattress can change based on your sleeping habits. He was super helpful in picking out a mattress that supported her habits and was within her price range and was able to sell her on one.
