After trying to find a quality mattress elsewhere, we decided on a whim to visit here. More than impressed. Randy gave us a full tour of every bed in the store that was within budget and to our style of sleep. He was informative, funny, outgoing, and above all nice. We went with a king, plush mattress and it arrived within the week. Besides the, honestly awful, selection of delivery times (10:30am-1:30pm est) the bed looks and feels great! (this was written before our first night sleeping on it, if nothing is written after this paragraph, all is well)

Randy was an absolutely amazing representative who helped educate us on the quality of these mattresses. He listened to what we have been dealing with, in regards to our previous mattresses, and have great advice about which mattresses would suit us best. 2 weeks into owning our original mattress, and we have been sleeping soundly without waking up to backaches and headaches like we have been for years. He listened to my concerns & requirements, then he began to educate me on how The Original Mattress Factory could help with a custom mattress & foundation for a bed that dates back 150 yrs. Had been dreading mattress shopping and as soon as I entered the store, Mr Randy Harris made me feel like a welcomed guest.
