Great experience at this store,was planning on going to Rooms to Go but decided to go here 1st lol needless to say, I never made it. Based on mailer sent to my residence, I want to check them out and so glad I did. Rhonda was my sales lady and made my purchases extremely easy and financing was great. The employees was were friendly and sales where fantastic, I got stuff for home and office with a easy stress free payback plan.

Me and my boyfriend first came to the store a few days ago cause we drove around to 10 different stores looking to find couches and arrived to the store on broad st for the first time. Rhonda greeted us and showed us around the store, I was honestly feeling like giving up cause I was never going to find the right couch that we liked or wanted until we found the perfect one that we wanted. Two days later, today we purchased the couch and a new mattress as well ( excited about that ) Rhonda was an excellent person to have help and who let us browse and feel comfortable. We were in and out in an hour quick and stress free

I was in the market for a zero gravity message recliner approximately 6 months ago, which seemed at that time was difficult to find for what ever reason. I went to Schewels they had none as well. I met Rhonda (sales) she took my name and number said she will call if they ever got some in. We'll after about 6 months I received a call saying the Zero gravity message recliners were back in stock. This was a very unexpected surprise that I received a phone call, the point is she actually kept my name and number she called. To me that spoke volume, needless to say I purchased the message chair. Rhonda was so professional and kind. If I'm ever in need of furniture I will look her up and give her my business.

Derek Sanford and Melissa were both great to work with at the Schewels Home store on W. Broad St in Richmond, VA. Both were very patient and knowledgeable as well as being friendly. Both delivered everything on time as promised. I would gladly shop Schewels again.
