The guy really knows his stuff—he broke down the differences between the mattresses easily without making it feel like a heavy sales pitch. What I appreciated most was how chill and patient he was. He gave us plenty of space to test out different beds, answered all our questions honestly, and worked to get us the absolute best deal possible. Favor is an extraordinary sales person. He is knowledgeable and patient. Most importantly, he really has the customer's interest at heart and puts the customer first. He does not just push the high margin items. But carefully and patiently goes over all of the options explaining the advantages and disadvantages of each. He asks if you are a back sleeper or a side sleeper or a tummy sleeper. And adjusts his recommendations accordingly.
