Had a really great experience here. The sales person gave a comprehensive, but low-pressure overview of the options, walking my spouse and I through the varieties of mattress and helping us find the right fit. Delivery was also super fast and the delivery team was professional. I’d use them again and can recommend to others searching for a mattress.

We just bought a king size bed. I was dreading the process because I'm disenfranchised with the entire mattress industry. But this guy in this store is a breath of fresh air. Very straightforward very honest very insightful and helpful. I really like the process of first figuring out what level of support and comfort works for my body. Then identifying that mattress in the price range I could afford or willing to spend. They have a good selection of mattresses and a wide variety of price ranges. It is a no pressure sales environment. And I really valued that it was a locally owned operation and not a big chain. You can trust these people.

I live in NY and needed to get two new beds for my parents in Rockville. I called the "big box" mattress stores first and gathered up all the info they had for me, which was very vague to say the least. Then I called Mattress Connection, and spoke to Edrees, as I like to work with local retailers. I explained to him what I needed and he immediately offered me a few choices within the prices i asked him for. As mentioned above I was doing this all remotely so I did not have the opportunity to see or sit on anything. He assured me that the units he choose would be excellent for Seniors. He was 100% correct and a pleasure to deal with. If you need a mattress I suggest that you go to big box stores, shop there, listen to their sales pitch and then go see Edrees. No comparison!!! I had a great experience. I needed a mattress ready for pickup the day of moving here, and Edrees helped me pick out one out over the phone before the move. He asked a few questions and provided a couple of possible options, and told me to follow up if I decided on one from Mattress Connection, which I did. I never felt pressured to buy or to have to come in person before purchasing. When it came time to pick up the mattress in person, Edrees provided a few suggestions for sleeping habits to improve comfort, and he helped load my selected mattress onto my vehicle. Throughout the entire process, Edrees treated me as a customer and not a mere transaction. Oh, and the mattress has been perfect so far.
