We just bought a king size bed. I was dreading the process because I'm disenfranchised with the entire mattress industry. But this guy in this store is a breath of fresh air. Very straightforward very honest very insightful and helpful. I really like the process of first figuring out what level of support and comfort works for my body. Then identifying that mattress in the price range I could afford or willing to spend. They have a good selection of mattresses and a wide variety of price ranges. It is a no pressure sales environment. And I really valued that it was a locally owned operation and not a big chain. You can trust these people.

I live in NY and needed to get two new beds for my parents in Rockville. I called the "big box" mattress stores first and gathered up all the info they had for me, which was very vague to say the least. Then I called Mattress Connection, and spoke to Edrees, as I like to work with local retailers. I explained to him what I needed and he immediately offered me a few choices within the prices i asked him for. As mentioned above I was doing this all remotely so I did not have the opportunity to see or sit on anything. He assured me that the units he choose would be excellent for Seniors.
