Five-star service from our sales experience with Rob all the way through delivery and clean up by the setup crew. Rob was thorough understanding our needs, making a recommendation, and then explaining the options as we made a decision. We appreciated the lead up to delivery with notifications, even on the day of delivery where we were able to track the truck and its progress. The delivery crew was efficient, careful of the house, cleaned up nicely, and explained the various functions in detail. Happy with our purchase.

It is confusing and overwhelming to buy a new bed. Too many choices, too much information, too many decisions. But when we visited the Sleep Number store in Rockville today, Rob made the experience very pleasant and straightforward. Rob’s personal, undivided attention was appreciated. He was knowledgeable about the different products, patient while we tried various mattresses and explained the various features of each of the different types. He helped us understand the workings of the Sleep Number beds, and guided us through setting up the app on our phones. We can’t wait for our new bed to be delivered!
