Rob was fantastic and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He guided us through several mattress options, answered all of our questions, and made sure we got the best value for our purchase. He took the time to explain all of the available promotions and even compared different ways to structure our order to maximize the savings. In the end, he showed us that purchasing two bedding sets was actually a better deal than choosing the promotion with discounted pillows that we wouldn’t have used. A mattress is a major investment, and I wanted to be absolutely sure I was making the right decision for my comfort, health, long-term sleep quality and my pockets😉. From the moment I walked in, Rob was patient, professional, and incredibly kind. He never made me feel pressured or rushed. Instead, he took the time to answer every single question, explain the differences between models, and really listen to what I needed. What meant the most to me was when he went above and beyond to research whether the exact model I wanted was still available, even though it was being phased out. I was SO excited when he came back with the news that they still had availability. Then to make things even better, I learned that delivery and full setup could happen within the next four days! After mentally preparing myself for a long wait, that news absolutely made my day. We appreciated the lead up to delivery with notifications, even on the day of delivery where we were able to track the truck and its progress. But when we visited the Sleep Number store in Rockville today, Rob made the experience very pleasant and straightforward. Rob’s personal, undivided attention was appreciated. He was knowledgeable about the different products, patient while we tried various mattresses and explained the various features of each of the different types. He helped us understand the workings of the Sleep Number beds, and guided us through setting up the app on our phones. We can’t wait for our new bed to be delivered!
