Wonderful experience!! My family and I were looking for a twin mattress for my son. As soon as we walked in Ryan greeted us and started talking to us about our needs. Ryan was very informative and pleasant to be around. We bought a twin mattress today, not because it was the best deal or only store in the area. We bought a mattress today because of Ryan. He is the perfect person to be in retail/sales and more people should take his approach. We will definitely recommend everyone to Ryan for all mattress needs.

There 100 Night guarantee and return policy is horrible. Was told we would have no issues to exchange if we had any issues. We bought there most expensive mattress actually bought two mattresses. The most expensive came with a hole in the center. We tried to exchange for a different mattress but was told we could only do an exchange for the firm version to change for anything cheaper we would have to pay 1000 more dollars for mattresss worthhalf the price of the one we bought kingsdown. We had already paid them 7,000 dollars for two mattresses. So we opted to receive the firm mattress to keep from paying any more. The manager told us they had to up the price on any exchanges to the msrp not what they were selling for for the exchange so a 4500 mattress became the same exchange as a 1500 mattress there. The firm has been the worst sleeping mattress and we had been plagued with back pain since for months. We will never buy from this company again and this mattress. We finally opted to rebuy for our own health as not being able to walk when you wake is the worst. Go somewhere else where they will exchange or give your money back. Mattress can affect people’s health severely
