Mattress Warehouse of Totowa

I bought a Purple mattress at a good price and i.couldnt be happier with it. The buying experience was exquisiteM. Zara was so patient determining my needs and wants. Showing and explaining my opinions and answering my questions. All with a smile on her face. Zara and this store are the best.

Working with Rosa Gomez at Mattress Warehouse was an exceptional experience from start to finish. We came in exploring options for a new mattress, and Rosa immediately stood out for her deep product knowledge, patience, and genuine customer‑first approach. She took the time to walk us through the different mattress types, materials, and the pros and cons of each option. At no point did she feel pushy or sales‑driven—quite the opposite. Rosa focused entirely on helping us make the right decision for our needs and our budget. She even went out of her way to look for the best possible deal for us. Throughout the process, Rosa was friendly, detail‑oriented, and incredibly easy to work with. Her follow‑up was outstanding, and it was clear she truly cares about her customers’ satisfaction, not just the sale. This is exactly the kind of service that makes a difference. We highly recommend Rosa to anyone looking to buy a new mattress. Her professionalism, warmth, and dedication set a standard that’s hard to find.

Rosa was extremely helpful from start to finish. She actually listened to what I was looking for and didn’t try to push the most expensive option. She explained the differences between mattresses clearly, answered all my questions honestly, and made the whole process easy and stress free. I walked out confident in my purchase thanks to her. Highly recommend working with Rosa if you’re shopping for a mattress!
