I purchased 2 washers and 2 dryers from P.C. Richard & Son. Unfortunately, this has been one of the worst appliance purchase experiences I’ve had. One of the dryers arrived defective. It was replaced but the replacement unit was also defective. I am now on my 5th service call for the same dryer, and the issue is still not resolved. To make matters worse, when I called customer service today, the representative put me on hold saying “hold on a second” and then forgot about me for 19 minutes. No update, no apology nothing. Completely unacceptable. Between repeated defective units, constant service visits, and very poor customer service, this experience has been exhausting and frustrating. When you pay for new appliances, you expect them to work or at the very least, to be handled professionally when they don’t. I would not recommend P.C. Richard & Son based on this experience.

Worst Experience Ever - Five Visits and Still No Fix! I am absolutely appalled by the service I’ve received from PC Richards. They have come to my home FIVE TIMES to fix my defective stove, and now they need to come out a SIXTH time before they will even consider exchanging it. This level of incompetence and lack of customer care is beyond frustrating. Every time a technician visits, they either claim to fix the problem or say they need to order a part. Yet, the stove remains dangerous and unusable. It’s clear that the stove is defective and should have been replaced after the first few failed attempts at repair. Instead, I’m left with a hazardous appliance and the constant inconvenience of scheduling and waiting for service visits. This entire ordeal has been a nightmare, and PC Richards' inability to resolve the issue promptly and effectively is unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone considering purchasing appliances from them to think twice. This experience has been nothing short of a disaster, and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere!

Had an absolutely fantastic shoping experience here. Chris was such a wonderful salesman. The guy is A ROCKSTAR! He helped me pick the right TV for my viewing habits and also helped me pick the right HDMI cord for my set as well. Chris also went above and beyond to help me find a tablet for my son for Christmas that was very difficult to get. I couldn't say anything better about the whole experience.
