I was looking for a dining set and my search finally ended at Bob’s. There were so many options to choose from, and the best part about Bob’s is that there is absolutely no pressure to buy. We were greeted by Beverly, who helped us with all the information we needed. The entire experience—from the initial purchase to the final delivery—was completely seamless, and they delivered exactly as promised on the scheduled date. For delivery & setup, a quick shout-out to the delivery team, Avel and Josse. It’s the small things but matter, they brought and wore their own shoe covers and finished the assembly quickly and professionally. They also cleaned up all the packaging and remaining materials before leaving. Overall, a great experience from start to finish!

View on GoogleIt was smooth transaction. The sales person greets us and asked what we were looking for and directed us to where to start looking. They didn’t hoover over us after a few minutes he came to ask if we had questions and helped us fine a settlement nice enough for the room and comfortable enough on our pocket. Thank you, my niece is excited for her bedroom set to arrive. If you’re ever on Rt46 Bobs ask for Alladin he will help you find what you need.

View on GoogleEveryone that greeted us was polite. They had a smile on their face and told us to have a look around the store and to let them know if we had any questions. We ended up running into Mark when we were in the back by the sofas. He was great - he wasn’t pushy at all, and just reassured us he would be there for any questions. He ended up helping us out a lot and went out of his way to plug in each recliner to make sure we tried every sofa before we decided. Mark gets a 10/10. I however do have some negative feedback as well. There were two younger men pretty much hiding in the back by the sofas so they could be on their phone the whole time. At one point mark said to one of them “can I bother one of you young lads to help me grab an extension cord” and the young worker rolled his eyes and sucked his teeth which I thought was very rude. Also the manager wasn’t nice - he was one of the only ones that didn’t greet us with a smile or have a nice attitude. Other then that we got an awesome sofa for a very good price :)
