I am SO glad we stopped into Mattress Warehouse and got the chance to work with Rashad. I originally planned to order a simple Purple mattress and bed frame directly from the website, but coming in here first was the best decision I could’ve made. Rashad took the time to walk us through all the options, explain the differences, and make sure we found something that actually fit our needs — not just whatever was online. Because of him, we ended up getting an upgraded mattress that is way nicer than what I planned to buy, along with a high-quality adjustable bed frame that I absolutely love. He also helped us with financing, made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and ensured we understood everything clearly. On top of that, delivery and setup are included, which is such a relief. Roy took care of my cousin who came to have his mattress replaced at Atlantic Shores retirement home. The gentleman not only took care of Billy, he made certain the delivery and the set up was done perfectly. Trying to manage this sequence of events from purchase to installation from 200 miles away was not a problem because Roy was involved No gimmicks or upsell tricks, which could have been part of the “pitch”. ***edited*** I took my son up here to purchase his first mattress yesterday because of the great experience we had last month. Instead of Roy, he was assisted by Rashad. While very knowledgeable, Rashad is an upseller. He put an extended warranty on the sale without even asking and then tried to close the sale without providing a writen invoice to look over first. I also requested a full encapsulated mattress protector because of severe allergies. Instead, Rashad sold my son a 5-sided protector which none of us realized until he took it out of the package at home. While I understand that the store couldn't take a return for resale because of hygiene laws, when notified, a good salesperson would have taken it back and exchanged it without question, even though the store would have lost the $90. This was a tiny fraction of the total amount our family spent at that store, and Rashad couldn't be bothered to make his mistake right. I am deeply disappointed and sorry I ever took my son up there. I will not be recommeding this store to anyone, ever. All over $90. I hope it was worth it to you Rashad. *** My husband and I purchased a new mattress and split adjustable base from Roy in April. The entire process from beginning to end was a dream. They have a computer system that shows you exactly which beds are right for your body type, size, and preferred sleep position. Then you get to try them out without feeling rushed at all. Delivery was free. At no time did Roy pressure us on anything and he answered all our questions with patience. I highly recommend this store when you are shopping for a mattress.
