He let us take our time to try a variety of mattresses. He described the options and materials that the manufacturers offered. We had an enjoyable shopping experience! Went to the Mattress Firm Red Mill location recently on Nimmo Pkwy to look at adjustable mattresses due to waking up with lower back pain. I was greeted by Fritz who asked a few questions about my sleep habits and issues and then recommended I try three different mattresses. I settled on the Tempur-pedic Lux Breeze medium hybrid with the Ergo adjustable base due to the lumbar support which made me feel like I was floating on a cloud. I've been waking up completely pain-free and couldn't be happier. I highly recommend this location. They are military friendly also and have a quick delivery turnaround time. Than you Fritz!!!

I bought a mattress yesterday at Mattress Firm on Upton Dr. My sales associate is named John. I don’t usually buy something of that nature on the first visit to a store because we like to shop around. However, when I explained to John what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend, he was right on point. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and didn’t try to oversell us on something we didn’t want. He was really helpful and knowledgeable without being super aggressive. He made the process easy and fast. If I ever need another mattress, I will return to the store and see John. It it was a pleasant experience overall. Thanks, John!

The clerk was very knowledgeable and helpful when I was purchasing a new mattress for my granddaughter. He pulled down several beds for her to try. I never felt pressured to buy. I was very happy to hear the bed delivery was a short wait time.
