Im a first timer at mattress firm. I wasn’t sure on what offers were available but I was immediately welcomed by Patrick which explained all my families options at our price point. We purchased a firm mattress with free delivery and frame. In the end my family was completely satisfied with the service received, we got what we were looking for and at an unbeatable price.

Great, straightforward, low stress purchase. Knowledgeable, we learned more than we expected about mattresses. Anna and her partner in the store were fantastic, answering our questions and tailoring a solution to our needs. Did I mention low stress? Prices were good, but it was the local staff and low key approach that brought us back (plus we saved a bunch of cash!) to their location. Did I mention it was low stress?
