Vivek was so helpful and friendly. He helped us through every step, answered every question, price matched for us. We were very happy with our in-store experience.
View on GoogleThe “comfort guarantee “ was not disclosed.at purchase. I was never given anything to sign or initial . The “policy “ was merely stapled to my receipt after purchase. Very shady. I needed to exchange the tempurpedic mattress due to back pain sleeping on it. I was then told I had to pick an equal or GREATER priced mattress. The only mattress I found comfortable was in a store with larger inventory than the Retail Dr location. That mattress was $929 less. I would have bought it initially if it was available in the Retail Dr location. Then I had to pay a pick up and delivery fee. THEN I was told they would not refund the difference in the amount of $929! They would only issue a credit ,which I do not need or want. I am a senior on social security. This is not how a huge company should operate. It is wrong and shady. If you are “COMFORTABLE “ letting them keep YOUR money for a comfort exchange then shop away. If not, then STAY AWAY!! The regional and district managers Corey Thomas and Denis Ayrol won’t return a phone call or an email. The store manager Mike couldn’t be of any assistance in this matter and he should have fully explained the policy at purchase. I will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Very disappointing.
View on GoogleJim was extremely helpful. Low pressure sales and knew his product. We came in looking for a specific brand but bought a different one due to Jim’s knowledge. I would recommend this store.
