Sleep Number

Very disappointed in Sleepnumber customer service. I recently moved states and paid a significant amount of money to have my bed reassembled by their crew. I did some renovating on my home so did not use the bed within the 30 days of the assembly. Now that I am using the bed, it is lopsided in the reclined position. When I called customer service to rectify this situation, I was told I have to pay another $190 for another tech visit. After contesting that my bed is still under warranty, I am being told that it is a limited warranty and my obligation to pay for any tech visits is the minimum price of $190. Considering the price for one of these beds, that is very disheartening. I am disappointed that I gave them my business. After all said and done, my Sams Club bed is more comfortable in my opinion.

Tanner has wonderful knowledge & great customer service. He was so patient & helped us purchase the right Sleep Number bed for us. I recommend him 100% to anyone interested in a new mattress.

Tanner, the Store Manager helped me right away. Visited this store mid day and had a pillow problem. He was welcoming, professional and helpful in order to determine the best replacement pillow for a warranty issue of a pillow from a purchase last year. What he told me to do about calling and requesting a warranty was exactly what happened. Out of 6 pillows I got last year, 1 only had an issue and thankfully this company redesigned the pillow case cover so that the replacement I get soon should last more than a year. Tanner at the Wake Forest Store was a joy to work with. The setting was intimate and He was extremely attentive and knowledgeable about the amazing Sleep Number Bed we purchased. I highly recommend the Wake Forest location.

Exceeded my expectations! We normally go to the Crabtree or Southpoint stores but decided to go to the Wake Forest store as it is closer to our home. I’m so glad we did. Tanner helped us and greeted us as soon as we walked through the door. Tanner helped with our sheet set purchase and even went through the bed descriptions as we are looking at upgrading into the 360. We received 5 star service and you all gained a customer at the Wake Forest store!
