We just purchased a split king from Mattress Warehouse. This is a great shop! They have quite a large showroom with many mattresses on display . However, they also have a mattress device to help guide your selection based on your manner and history of sleep. And so we looked at five mattresses over a range of prices. But the star of the show was the store representative, William. Friendly, knowledgeable, patient, and engaging, he discussed and reviewed the mattresses with us. He walked us through the pricing, and we made our selection. All was very transparent, and he never tried to upsell or oversell us. He even made special arrangements to assure the required new sheets would arrive on the delivery day.
This is not our first time in the shop. We went with my brother-in-law to buy a queen mattress a few years ago, all to a similar positive experience.
Looking to buy or replace a mattress? You have got to visit this store. Highly recommended.

Our sales person Terry was quite knowledgeable. He was alone in the store with multiple customers. He managed his time and the people impressively. He helped us narrow our selection and made the experience pleasant. Mattress purchased with delivery the next day. Awesome experience.

We are enjoying our tempur-pedic luxe adapt. Took a little bit to break in, but is doing all I had hoped for in a new mattress. Our buying experience was great and would highly recommend to others.

My wife and I decided it was time for a new mattress and we chose Mattress Warehouse to shop. Our sales person, Terry, was very helpful and assisted us in choosing a new mattress and adjustable power base. There are so many choices available, it was helpful to have a knowledgeable, patient guide, especially since mattress shopping is not an everyday event. Delivery is scheduled for tomorrow. Overall experience was very favorable.
