Roberts Furniture & Mattress

Had an excellent shopping & buying experience at Roberts Furniture on Richmond Road in Williamsburg. Katrina provided friendly, attentive service while allowing us ample space to browse. After spending several days visiting a half dozen local furniture stores in Williamsburg and Newport News, we found that Roberts Furniture undoubtedly offered the widest selection of living room/den chairs, including swivel/rockers, which was our preference. And having the ability to choose from 500 finish fabrics was a terrific bonus! Highly recommend Roberts Furniture in Wiliamsburg.

I was approached in a friendly manner by Katrina. She listened carefully when I described what I was looking for. Dimensions were important and she showed me the exact size I needed for a queen sleeper sofa. She demonstrated the opening and closing for me. With my good fortune, the floor model was exactly the colors I needed. Instead of 8 weeks, my sofa was delivered in 2 days. The delivery men were careful and very professional. It fits our new guest apartment perfectly and we couldn't be happier.

Excellent customer service and they had the items we wanted in stock! Delivery was within 2 days. Steve was friendly and helpful even though we got there 1/2 hour before closing. Thank you!

Carlton was very helpful and knowledgeable. Everyone was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Our furniture was delivered quickly. The 2 men that delivered our furniture made sure they were careful and not just dumping it off. Overall we had a very good experience with Robert’s Furniture. I definitely would recommend them.
