Mattress World Northwest Heritage Plaza

Evan at Mattress World in Albany has given me the dream bed buying experience. I stopped in just to browse, to start my search for a mattress, with no plans to buy. He patiently helped me explore the different types of mattresses until I actually found the exact mattress for my complex needs. He was a great guide with no pressure, very likable and knowledgeable. I ended up buying a really nice adjustable base too! Finding the right bed, the right mattress, is life changing. I have Evan and Mattress World to thank for much needed comfort in the nights.. days.. years ahead!☺️

Best shopping experience I’ve had in a long time. Josh is a very understanding employee that took all my concerns to heart and found me the perfect product for what I needed within my budget. I only came in for pillows but he still treated me like a human instead of a walking wallet. I will never do business anywhere else 🤠

Wonderful experience! Went in looking for a better pillow while still staying in the college student budget and was very pleasantly surprised by the amount of care and attentiveness I received while there. Josh made me feel comfortable and made the whole thing incredibly easy. I am very happy with my new pillow and will absolutely be recommending this store and its service. Found a new customer and I will be back!

I'm genuinely impressed with the customer service I've received at this store the last two times I've purchased mattresses. The employees are super helpful, help point out mattresses on sale, and are never pushy. There is a great selection of different types of mattresses (memory foam, purple, traditional spring, etc). I bought a mattress here years ago and came back this month for a replacement. Both times, the buying experience was easy, I found awesome extremely comfortable mattresses, I got great prices, and the delivery was fast (next day). The delivery teams have been nice and professional both times. This recent time, Joshua helped us. We went in looking to replace just the mattress we had. He was very knowledgeable. He helped us find the most similar mattress to the one we'd had before and demo'd a base that lifts the head and foot. He was able to provide us pricing quickly with no sales pressure. We ended up buying the electric base in addition to the mattress. Joshua was so helpful he even knew the time we'd receive a call to schedule the delivery and accurately guessed the time they'd be able to deliver. It made the whole process super easy and smooth. Francisco and his team mate delivered it and picked up our old mattress right on time. He called before arriving to give a heads up, which was appreciated. Both Joshua and Francisco were nice, helpful, professional, and made the whole experience a breeze. We will definitely come back here for future purchases. We're the most comfortable we've ever been on a bed and super happy with the prices we paid. Last note - this store does philanthropic work and donates beds to non-profits. I love being able to give business to a company that gives back to this community.

Karen did such an incredible job getting my 86 year old grandpa a whole bed set up! We are forever grateful for her service. She was able to sell him the whole floor model that he wanted! Thank you so much Karen for incredible service!
