Replacing our beds due to a home fire. Went into the Wilsonville Mattress World on Memorial day to see if we could find a good fit for us. Joshua Wood greeted us. My husband explained what we were looking for. Joshua showed us several different options then let us browse for a bit. He was giving us space yet still paying attention and giving suggestions as we continued to look. We finally decided on the Helix Midnight bed. Because of the holiday weekend we had to wait for our money to clear at the bank. When the funds were available I called Joshua and let him know to get the sales order ready, he was at the Sherwood location but was able to create the sales order so we could still pay for it in Wilsonville. Roman Baltazar was at the Wilsonville store and helped us finalize the sale. Joshua and Roman are amazing. Their knowledge and customer service are great. We will definitely recommend Mattress World to anyone looking for a new bed.
View on GoogleGreat experience. Came in too look at one mattress, ended up really disliking is and Roman helped us find a great mattress and adjustable frame that we love. Roman was also super personable and great to work with overall. 10/10 would highly recommend and will be back.

Friendly, warm and welcoming, and his knowledge was incredible. Definitely worth your time to stop in if you’re in the market for a new bed. And you can’t beat their prices!
